Call sales really.
Oracle licenses named users. So no matter how many machines or sessions you have, the people who works with the system counts. You need one license for each NAMED user (such as John, Peter, Mary, Stephen)
Alternatively you can license on per CPU basis, where you pay for each CPU of your server and no matter how many users do you have. Usually that comes more expensive when you have small user population
