    Thanks davey....u mean i can't monitor it online in OEM dynamically...
    like refreshing screen every 15 seconds...u can see users login in and
    loging out...
    You mean the auditing using sqlplus command...which is so primitive
    Don't we have any other online monitoring tools available?
