Are you just bored or do you think that isolating Oracle to 2 CPU's will make a difference???  What is your cpu utilization during peak loads? I would bet that it isn't all that high. You may want to look at disk i/o or memory utilization first, before worrying about which CPU does what. But that is just my opinion.
