Enterprise Manager Connect String
Dear All,
I have problem with Enterprise Manager(EM). when i logon EM by SYS account it is showing me the following message:
Status : Agent Unreachable
when i click Administration or Maintenance tab it is again asking me to logon and showing me wrong connect string. I checked my listenere and Tnsnames at server and client side , they are perfectly alright. I can logon thru SQLPLUS.
This problem started when i changed my server name after Installing Oracle database.
Please any suggestion where can i find that connect string which EM is using.

Is this grid or database control?
Run a search on metalink, there are notes deatiling what you need to do,depending on what you're running

please check client agentctl start status or reconfig oem configuration -preferences-preferred credentials

I thank you all to reply my thread but as i am still new to this field i need you people's help. Could anyone describe me step by step how can i run client agentctl status and how can i reconfig OEM.
