I am having a problem upgrading Oracle 8.05 on a windows 98 SE machine to Oracle 8.16 I get the error:

"Error in writing to windows/system/olepro32.dll"

I've installed about 6 other machines with the exact same hardware configuration, but I selected Application User. On this one machine I selected Programmer because I need sqlplus on it and I get this error... any suggestions?
