    I have 1 server with all the following running (in 6 $ORACLE_HOME's)

    RedHat EL 3.0
    9.2.0.4 w/ iSQLPlus
    9.2.0.5
    9.2.0.6 w/ EM Agent
    10.1.0.3 +ASM
    10.1.0.3 EM Agent
    10.1.0.3 EM (aka Grid Control)

    Not a single conflict.
