American_america.utf8 Vs American_america.zhs16gbk
We build procedure in AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK and some comments are in Chinese language .
Now we set the NLS_LANG to AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8 , But those
Chinese characters are displayed as massive code ?
I thought UTF8 should be able to display properly for any languages?
Appreciate very much to have your expertised idea .

another one, my god - you are a dba at a company and have no access to metalink?

As I know (I don't know why)
Even Oracle say UTF8 support chinese character, but actually if I run in UTF8, I cannot input chinese into oracle db.
So it is better keep use ZHS16GBK and also change your client side nls_lang=american.zhs16gbk
