Is it ok for me to set the database NLS_CHARACTERSET=UTF8 (UNICODE) and on the workstation we set NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.CL8MSWIN1251, instead of NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8????
