We migrated from 11.92 to Oracle..worked like a charm with the Migration Workbench...only had to re-write some stored procs...also look into Embarcadero's Golden Gate stuff, I think that they have some tools that can synch up databases from different vendors, if of course you didn't want to use the transparent gateways. I don't know, haven't looked into it much but that salesperson keeps bugging me about it
