Time when Index was last rebuilt

       SELECT last_analyzed 
       FROM dba_tables
       WHERE UPPER(OWNER) LIKE '%XYZ%'
         AND UPPER(TABLE_NAME) LIKE '%ABC%';

You only would want to rebuild the indices when they are fragmented.
