Create new pswd file with ur new pswd using ORAPWD utility.

Or if ur OS is windows its pretty easy to get into DB as sysdba.

In SQLNET.ora make the authentication NTS and put the NT user in ORA_DBA group. U can get into DB as SYSDBA without pswd.
