problem in starting oracle

If windows, go to control panel and check if the service is started.
What version of Oracle ?
Go the sqlplus, connect as sysdba and give 'startup'.

I have made the services automatic.
If I give startup then it will start.But I need that whenever I start the system ,I can login system/manager.
