Thanks u very much stecal for u r reply.I tried same thing but still it is not working....

Regarding certification relation, Same things is there in admin paper.But i tried on Linux that time and it was working fine ,it is still working...properly with same setting. But in NT & WIN98 it is giving the problem.

Anyway i think u had fight with anybody in office thats why even small things like oracle 8i ...u r pointing...never mind...
