IN MY alter log also it is showing the same..

I COULD start the database in STARTUP MOUNT...But if i issue ALTER DATABASE OPEN it is throwing this error, also if i issue SWITCH also it is throwing same error..

can you give me a steps of what i should i do to bring back my database.

urgent pls.
