    Look at your FROM, GROUP BY clause, it will definately return more than one row.. Query those individually and see how many records you get...

    sys.seg$ - Many segments
    sys.fet$ - Many tablespaces and datafiles
    sys.ts$ - Many tablespaces (SYSTEM, TEMP) atleast two
