I have an existing origin database. You cant proceed with the database cache configuration if the origin database is not existing right? From the installation screens, i think the configuration assistant is creating a database which it cannot connect to? Ive seen in the $ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory datafiles and an init.ora which i think the configuration assistant created.. How come it cannot connect to the database that it creates? Thanks..
