Time changing is very common in US.
You need to aware the consequences when time gets changed.
1 Your cron or any other scheduled jobs will run 2 times when the time is set backwards, example 2 am to 1 am, if the job is scheduled to run between 1 and 2 am.
2 Your cron will not run because you move the time by 1 hr ( at 1 am , it is changed to 2 am.)
