Hi all,

I passed the upgrade exam on July 20th and i was expecting the certificate within 30 days!! But it didn't arrived so i called prometric and asked about the status of my certi. thay said we can do nothing as it is different dept. and we don't have access to it!!! Even they have no call transfer
service to that dept. and there is no phone number to contact them!!!! Finaly i wrote email at [email protected] and get replied saying that we got your email and we are checking on it. I hope they don't come back with any more excuses :(
