Has anyone of you worked on an Oracle High availibility tool called 'Shareplex'. This tool has been developed by Quest software.If so, can you please give your feedback ?

If you are using this tool, can you also tell me whether we can contact Oracle Support for any problems with this product or Quest is the only alternative ?

One of my clients wants to go in for this product.
