we have just installed a new database called dev which is a 11.5.3 apps database. the users are using a tool called ADI(client server tool) to connect to the database and perform some tasks. i have to setup the ADI tool to connect to the dev instance ....what do i need to do with my tnsnames.ora......does changing listner configuration at the server effect my tnsnames.ora becos i already have a entry in tnsnames.ora for the dev instance and am able to connect thru sql*plus
