How to rename a datafile in windows
hi,
I take the TBS offiline and when it try to rename the file at OS level, it says File is used by other program or user.
D:\ORA\product\oradata\orcl>rename SYSAUX03.DBF SYSAUX01.DBF
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
