We have been experiencing poor concurrent request performance since last Thursday. We have ruled out any memory, processor, or server related issues that can contribute to poor performance. I have run Purge Concurrent Requests and followed all of the Diagnostic Scripts available on Metalink. I am currently working with Oracle Support to no avail. Has anyone ever experienced this?
