I have a function based index on a base table of a materialized view. With the fb-index, it will only do a complete refresh. Remove the fb-index and wha-la, fast refreshing.

I'm guessing that this is yet another limitation of materialized views .. but perhaps someone has a workaround or I'm just not doing something right.
