Hello pals,

I tried to export a web db database and then import it back into another server with similar settings (Oracle 8.1.7 Web DB) and I get the error message given below. I checked the error messages manual and they are asking me to contact customer support. Has anyone seen this error before and what did you do to solve this problem?

IMP-00069 Could not convert to environment national character set's handle

Cause: This is an internal error.

Action: Contact Oracle Customer Support.
