    Does any one aware of any tool/utility for Filemaker pro, that would give me a functionality like that of Oracle Transparent Gateway for SQL server. Get a live update from it, without having to do the sqlloader.

    Have any one delt with similar issues? If so, could you please share your expertise on your approach to solve it?

    FileMaker to Oracle migration

    The following Perl/DBI script doesn't do exactly what you are requiring, but it does migrate the data from FileMaker to Oracle:

    This script handles CLOB columns , BLOBS (for FileMaker container fields), numeric and date info.

    Does Filemaker have a JDBC Driver? If so, you could write a Java Stored procedure that pokes the Filemaker to get data every so often...
