Whats' wrong here please advice :

I tried to start my oracle service OracleStartB3DEV from control panel. Got this error :

Could not start teh OracleStartB3DEV on \\Rossini
Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion

I already started OracleServiceB3DEV. It started successfully. But OracleSatrtB3DEV has this error.

What I did wrong ??
