On a NT machine how would one find out as to which background process is the SMON. Say if I needed to find out the "pid" of SMON. In a UNIX environment I could find that out via the "ps" command. Also, from the database I am sure there is a way of finding that out. Could someone tell me how is that done.

    Thanks in advance,
    Chintz
