    Buy Steven Feuersteins' book Oracle PL/SQL Programming ( http://oracle.oreilly.com ) and visit OTN ( http://otn.oracle.com ) and go to the documentation (e.g. http://technet.oracle.com/docs/produ...doc/appdev.817)

    Oracle Built-in Packages Book from OReilly publications Author : Steven Feuerstein, Charles Dye & John Beresniewicz is a very nice book. Worth buying ...

    The best way to learn about pl/sql packages is to study from Oracle Help. i.e. ur oracle documentation.
