Looking for an error code

I am looking for an error code in my documentation and I can't find it. It is SQLDBCODE -12514. Any ideas?

i have this error always, too.
This is a bug from oracle. They have switched the numbers.
I think it is the error ORA-12154
This Error is that on on side there is no listner or the is an error that conld not resolve service name.

The network people updated the machines on that server and messed up the tnsnames file.

Really there is a problem in the corner of the listner.
Than look at the listner.log.
I can say it with 1000%, because have hat the same problem
You must change your tnsnames.ora on your pc ,too.
There is garantiered a problem with the alis in the tnsnames.ora
