Our database (8.0.3) is on NT. Most of clients (7.3) are on NT, but some are on Windows200. Everything works fine on NT client, but not on Window200 clients. On Windows2000 most thing work fine, just on one place on the PL/SQL call we get the ORA-0652:PL/SQL:numeric or value error. The same call works fine from NT clients. I know that only 8.1.6 and 8.1.7 are supported on 2000, but our server is NT.

    Anyone have suggestion.

    Thanks

Upgrade the client version to 8.1.7. It should be backwards compatible to 8.0.3...

Hi, I use Win2000 and client 8.0.4. I have not got any problem. Server is 8.1.5 on LINUX. Could you send me your script. I'll check it on my machine.
    Best wishes.

On other client site we have oracle clients 8.0.5 and 7.3 on Windows2000 that work fine, but those are with 8.1.6 database. It is only that 7.3 client on 2000 doesn't work with 8.0.3. PL/SQL is fine because it runs fine on clients 8.0.5 and 7.3, Windows2000, when the database is 8.1.6.

    Thanks for suggestion.
