how does 11.5.3 work exactly?

Hi,

I have installed oracle applications 11.5.3 on sun solaris 2.6
I have to start post install steps.

can somebody tell me how jinitiator and digital certificate works? I mean the concept?

Do i have to create digital certificate on my sun server,run jinitiator and then make a copy onto a client m/c ( 95 or 98) and then access the sun server from that client?

before you worry too much about certificates

make sure that you can access the apps from the server that you installed the apps on.

is it giving you any errors related to certificates or digital signatures?

if not, dont worry since you seem to be installing for demo / testing purposes
