    we have oracle 8.1.5 and compatable parameter also 8.1.5 , but when I try to install designer it says that instead of trigger not enabled.

    ORA-00439 feature not enabled: Instead of triggers

    any help ? please

    are you running Standard or Enterprise INSTEAD OF triggers are available only if you have purchased the Oracle8i Enterprise Edition.
