rows deleted need them back!!!!

I tried closing database down db and then issuing command recover untill time some time back without droping anything but orace did not do anything i mean records are still not there? the table space in question has many objects of diffrent users as well?

we are using 8i standard edition and never heard of logminer??

If your DB is running in archive mode , You can recover DB at the point of time before deletion
