Is there a way to find out the Administrator Name for the OEM console if it has been changed from sysman/oem_temp?

sysman is always cannot be deleted. If you cant login, then you can reset the password back to the install default by running the $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin/vduResetSysman.sql script
dependent upon the platform, the table in Oracle would be encypted for passwords. You could try to configure a new repository and have the old one dropped, I have forgotten the password three times over the last 2 jobs. I deinstalled and removed it on the NT server and rebuilt it from scratch.
