I registred in the Oracle Technology Networks free membership. In their pages they say that 20% discount in OCP tests is available for all members. Do anybody know what information should I give at the moment of the registration for the tests to proof the OTN membership? Do all testing centers accept this discount?

Tell them you're a technet member and they'll give you the discount. I think the code is s36, but it also could be 536--I wrote it on a piece of paper near my phone, but my handwriting is really bad! I would have to guess, however, that it is s36...

Code is S36 - on Sylvan Prometric online registration website there is a box for the discount code. The 20% discount is applied automatically and the total cost (including any local taxes) is then re-calculated.

discount question
Could you elaborate !,
OTN membership requires just creating a free login account ? and then are you
applicable to receive the discount ?
I tried to surf the Oracle web site , but could not find the 20%discount link.
Any roadmaps ?
Question : How do i apply to get the 20% discount for OCP exam ?
Do i have to purchase OCP exam materials from oracle to get certified ?
Are there any other sources to get a discount for the exams ? I have seen a
lot of postings on this site, but nothing conclusive .
Thanks for your time
Cheers

I registered today for several tests and in my test center they accepted the S36 code just as arthur and srichards told. You can register for free OTN membership in the Oracle web pages (look in education or something like that) although for the test the only thing you have to mention is the discount code.

Hi,
for OTN: go to education and look for oracle technology network link and register with them. when you done, you
will get the subcriber number !!
when you register for Exam, you need to mentioned
them thatyou are amember of OTN and they will
give you 20% discount.
