Thread: Shared install to Full Install?

    Question

    Can anybody point me to some documentation that describes how to change a module that is "shared" to a module that is "Fully installed" for 11.5.3? I found a document on metalink that outlines the procedure for 11.0, but I am not sure if the steps are the same...

    After much poking around, I found that your can change your install options via adaimgr.

    In 11 you use adaimgr to change shared to full.
    In 11i everything has become much easier, just run the license manager tool and register the required module as being fully installed. After this you should generate forms,reports,messages for this module as they are not yet compiled.

    To run license manager go to your common directory (e.g. SIDcomn)/admin/assistants/licmgr and run the application LicenseMgr (You need X for this!).
