When the status column of the dba_indexes indicates N/A instead of valid, what does that mean. I have always seen valid not N/A. So I'm wondering what the N/A stands for in this context and why N/A.
Any explanation will be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Dorothy
NOTE: I know that N/A means NOT AVAILABLE, but what does it mean in this context?

Yes, most of them are partitioned

Then check DBA_IND_PARTITIONS.

Thanks, that solved my problem.
