    Hi friends,
I have been a dba for 5 years now. I have always worked with devolopers who have solved all my PL/SQL problems
    for me.
Now I want to learn PL/SQL so that, when I move to another environment with not so good developers, I can make my work more easier.

Can any one Please suggest a very good PL/SQL Book for me to buy and study. A book that will assume I have no idea what PL/SQL is will explain everything like a beginer

    regards,
    The dba.

Anything from Steven Feuerstein.O'Reilly published at least half a dozen books from him. I think PL/SQL Programming" will be good for a start. Also Scott Urman's book of the same title from Oracle Press (Osborne) is OK.
