VERY URGENT (INSTALLATION)

hello,


yesterday i installed 8.1.6 on HP-9000 server os is HP-UX, and that time i was able to run the sqlplus and svrmgr and in the morning also i was able to run, but our system admin rebooted the server just not and from that time i am not able to run sqlplus and server manager error it is giving is

ORA-01034: ORACLE NOT AVAILABLE

what i have to do now...? pls tell me immediately.. pls

sorry for trouble,

now i am able to run sqlplus and svrmgr.

could you just tell me the output of the folowing command on your system

ps -ef grep | oracle
