    Hi friends,
I have been a dba for 5 years now. I have always worked with devolopers who have solved all my PL/SQL problems
    for me.
Now I want to learn PL/SQL so that, when I move to another environment with not so good developers, I can make my work more easier.

Can any one Please suggest a very good PL/SQL Book for me to buy and study. A book that will assume I have no idea what PL/SQL is will explain everything like a beginer

    regards,
    thedba.

Start with Oracle PL/SQL Programming by Steven Feuerstein, he wrote more books on PL/SQL, all from O'reilly:
Oracle Built-in Packages, Advanced Oracle PL/SQL Programming with Packages and Oracle PL/SQL Programming Guide to Oracle8i Features. In april comes a new one: Oracle PL/SQL Best Practices.
