I'm sure this is realy just a guess, Sreddy.... AFAIK there is no such limit in Oracle, and I'm sure there are a lot Oracle databases out there having more than 10.000 users defined....

You might be Right Jmodic, But, I remembered I read in some documentation its the toal no of concurrent users is 10K.
I will confirm it with my Manager and post it back, he better knows as he deal with Oracle Licencing for products.
Seek no more.... I've found in "Oracle Reference Manual":
Users and Roles maximum: 2,147,483,638
So we would need about 3 databases to define schema for each and every soul on this planet. Then we'll all be able to fool around in our own Oracle scemas, wouldn't that be nice? :)
