I have a utility that might be what you are looking for.

Take a look at EZSQL. http://www.ezsql.net. It can be set up to perform monitoring. The results can be viewed as they are collected, or saved as a webpage, or sent via email. If there is some specific thing you want to monitor which is not there, send an email to john@ezsql.net. I'll either add it in or give you a way to customize it.

Did you look into the Oracle's stats pack utility. A good detail description on how to use it had been provided in the oracle magazine site. Check that out. A small document is also available at $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/statspack.doc

    Check that out.
