Defines Any Rule:-
a>Oracle workflow builder lets you graphically defines the rules of your process.
b>PL/SQL lets you express those rules as activities
Delivers Electronic Notification:
a>Delivers electronic notification to any Oracle Application User.
b>Deliver electronic notification to any e-mail or Internet user.
