Sizing estimate : Using Erwin

This is a data modeling question : I define a table in ER/Win 3.5.1 data modeling software and then in it's volumetric editor, I say that the initial row counts for this table is 1000000 records estimate then when I forward engineer the data model I like ER/Win create the storage part of my table automatically based on the row counts estimate I gave to it. Does ER/Win intellegent enough to do that and if yes how?

Hi,

It must be having in-built logic based on # of fields, field type and length. Based on the blocksize, pctfree it must be computing the number of blocked required for the given number of rows and then arriving at initial extent size.
