    Cool

    Hi all,
    I have cleared Performance Tunning yesterday, now I am OCP, here is my feedback:

    This was the hardest: have done 48/61, 48 need to pas.
    In my STS, I always done 100%, study with Couchman book and 2 days with cram session also. Have read oracle doc for Performance Tunning also 3days, 600 pages. Must believe that my memory is not so god, or my english.

    Take care about formulas:
    How you calculate the new value for PCTFREE?
    Relationship used in computing the cache hit ratio?
    What is the space required for UGA?
    What ALTER TABLE tmp_data NOLOGGING does?
    What should be the value of BLEVEL after ANALYSE INDEX command?
    Which instruction do not cause a sort?UNION,UNION ALL,GROUP BY?
    SELECT (DEL_LF_ROWS_LEN/LF_ROWS_LEN) * 100 AS INDEX_USAGE FROM INDEX_STATS;
    What INDEX USAGE value must be?
    and you will have a question about tuning TREE WALK, I never hear about tree walk before.

    The rest is all STS like.

    So, the best luck for all!
