    about datafile and index file size. for online transaction system, is there anybody have idea what the rough ratio of table and index size typically be? is there any Oracle suggestion on this. I know it depends on how many index on table. please give me a rough ratio range for datafile and index file size.

    It really depends on your table design and indexing methodology.

    I know it depend on design. is the ratio datafile:indexfile=1: 1.5 reasonable for online transaction?
