Thread: installing oracle

    Cool

    I cannot manage to install my Oracle Database 8i trial version on my PC. The disk that is first, with the words "Start Here" written on it does not have any .exe files on it. Does anyone know how I am supposed to get this to start installing? Thank you very much for any help you can give me!

    install

    Take the CD which says enterpise editon or personal or standard editon and there you will get autorun

    What Operating System you are using ? Try reading the instructions/requirements for using/installing CD software. You don't get Universal Installer if the trial CD is not compatible with your Operating System.
