Help... Performance Turning questions????

Hi All,
I ran the turning utility utlbstat and utlestat to gather information/statistics on a database during the hours when we do our most tedious processing. It created the file report.txt. Does anyone know where I can find pointers/suggestion on how to make good use of(interprete) this data as far as finding out what is going on in the database. Some of the statistics I got I just can't relate to. Thanks.
