    Good Day!
I need to know anybody's opinion about the following: from what papers do I need to start to do PL/SQL development. Everybody's opinion is really welcome : -)
I know quite a bit of databases as well as generic computer stuff like Windows and UNIX hardware, networking, I also know Java principles but it so happens I need to now really know more about PL/SQL programming. Especially how to create PL/SQL packages. Please provide some inputs.
