Smile DB transfer from Windows 2008 R2 64bit to Linux SUSE 11

I would like to transfer a database of 150G. The source and target servers have different endians. The source database has approx 15 schémas with its mapping tablespaces. I tried to use the convert (tablespace and datafile) utlity in rman but had all kinds of issues and might not be a good option. Should I use datapump ? Should I pre-create the tablespaces and use exp/imp ? Our permiited down time is approx 5 hours.
Your recommendations and options would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It would help to know if you have enterprise edition. If you have enterprise and many cores you can bump up the degree of parallel. Another thing that can take time is rebuilding indexes and constraints. If you generate the DDL for indexes and constraints you can run them in parallel and not use data pump for that part of the migration. Regardless plan on testing the migration path a dozen times or so to work out the bugs and make it as fast as possible.
